ΗΜΕΡΟΜΗΝΙΕΣ ΘΑ ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΘΟΥΝ ΣΥΝΤΟΜΑ!

Ελάτε να απολαύσετε πρωινή και απογευματινή πρακτική Γιόγκα στο όμορφο νησί της Μυκόνου! Σπιτική Βιολογική διατροφή, μοναδικές ύσηχες παραλίες, και πανέμορφη θέα από το Λουλάλι house δίπλα στην παραλία Λιά της Μυκόνου.

Our program includes:

A morning invigorating Ashtanga Practice, followed by a luscious home made breakfast prepared by our house cook overlooking Kalafatis beach.
Take long walks or hikes, rent a bicycle to explore the island or just rest on our garden with a good book.

In the afternoon we begin with a Hatha Yoga class, followed by Pranayama (breathing techniques), and Meditation techniques to help develop a deeper practice.

An early evening nourishing meal will be served following the class.

To πρόγραμμά μας συμπεριλαμβάνει:

Δυναμική πρωινή πρακτκή Αστάγκα Γιόγκα, ακολουθεί πλούσιο πρωινό στο μπαλκόνι με θέα την παραλία του Καλαφάτη. Απολαύστε περιπάτους στην παραλία, πεζοπορίες, βόλτες με ποδήλατο, ή απλώς χαλαρώστε στην αυλή μας με ένα βιβλίο.

Το απόγευμα αρχίζει με πρακτική Χάθα Γιόγκα, πραναγιάμα (τεχνικές αναπνοών) και τεχνικές Διαλογισμού που σας βοηθούν να εμβαθύνετε την πρακτική σας.

Μετά το απογευματινό μάθημα ακολουθεί βραδυνό γεύμα.

Total cost of of week-long workshop:
650 euros

Price of the workshop includes accommodation in twin shared bedrooms with individual bathrooms. If you require alternate accommodation, hotels and rooms are available for rent.

If you would like a single room in the Loulaki house an extra 230 euros per week will be added to the price of the week long workshop, and 120 euros for the weekend workshop.

Συνολικό κόστος Εβδομαδιαίου Σεμιναρίου: 650 ευρώ

Κόστος σεμιναρίου συμπεριλαμβάνει διαμονή σε διπλό δωμάτιο με μπάνιο. Εάν θελήσετε να νοικιάσετε μονό δωμάτιο, ξενοδοχεία και μονά δωμάτια υπάρχουν προς ενοικίαση.

Εάν θελήσετε να μείνετε σε μονό δωμάτιο στο Λουλάκι house προσθέστε 230 ευρώ στο κόστος του εβδομαδιαίου σεμιναρίου, και 120 ευρώ για το τριήμερο σεμινάριο.
